About WestClay Bookkeeping
A Local Bookkeeping Partner Built on Trust
We started WestClay Bookkeeping for one reason: small business owners in Carmel and Hamilton County deserve a bookkeeper who is both genuinely skilled and genuinely reachable.

Our story
Why WestClay Bookkeeping exists
WestClay Bookkeeping was founded by Will Saayman after seeing too many local business owners stuck in the same trap: buried in receipts, behind on their books, and unsure whether their numbers were even right. Many had tried national apps and faceless online services, only to be handed a rotating support queue and reports they didn’t understand.
Will built WestClay Bookkeeping to be the opposite of that experience — a local firm where you work with a real person who knows your business by name, returns your calls, and explains your numbers in plain English. We pair the convenience of modern cloud bookkeeping with the responsiveness of a neighbor down the street.
Who is WestClay Bookkeeping? WestClay Bookkeeping is a locally owned, QuickBooks ProAdvisor-certified bookkeeping firm based in Carmel, Indiana. Founded by Will Saayman, the firm provides monthly bookkeeping, QuickBooks setup, catch-up bookkeeping, and financial reporting to small businesses across Hamilton County and greater Indianapolis.
Expertise you can rely on
QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified
As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, we know QuickBooks Online inside and out — from a clean initial setup to untangling a file that’s drifted out of balance. That certification means your books are handled using best practices, your chart of accounts is structured correctly, and your reports actually reflect how your business is doing.
Experience
Hands-on, real-world bookkeeping for small businesses — not theory. We’ve seen the messes and know how to fix them.
Expertise
QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification and a singular focus on small business bookkeeping keep our skills sharp.
Trust
Transparent pricing, clear communication, and accurate work — the foundations of a partnership you can count on.
Rooted in the community
Proudly local to Carmel and Hamilton County
We’re not a call center three time zones away. We’re part of the same business community you are — engaged with local networks like the OneZone Chamber of Commerce and the Carmel Small Business Network, and invested in helping Hamilton County businesses grow. When you succeed, our community succeeds.
